  • 1 cup - finely chopped green chilli
  • 1 tsp - tamarind paste
  • 1 tbsp - powdered jaggery
  • 1 tsp - mustard seeds
  • 1 tsp - ginger garlic paste
  • Salt to taste
  • 1 tbsp - oil

How to Make Milagaai Pachidi

  • Heat the oil in a kadai. Add the mustard seeds and allow it to splutter.
  • Add the green chillies and ginger garlic paste and saute till the chillies are finely cooked.
  • Now add the tamarind juice and cook for another 3-4 mins.
  • Add jaggery and salt.
  • Serve with rotis, parathas or curd rice.
