How to Make Milagu Kuzhumbu

  • Fry pepper, red chilli, coriander seeds, channa dal, urad dal in a tsp of oil. Allow to cool.
  • Add tamarind pulp, curry leaves, salt and hing. Grind all together in a mixer.
  • Add three cups of water and boil for 15 mins.
  • Serve with rice.
