How to Make Milk-Almond Sweet

  • Boil milk till it reduces to about quarter of a litre.
  • Soak almonds for about an hour, peel and grind them into fine paste.
  • Add sugar, rawa and almond paste into milk and cook till the mixture thickens.
  • Now add ghee and switch of the stove.
  • Stir continuously till the mixture leaves the sides rolls into a ball.
  • Pat this mixture in a plate and cut it into desired shapes.
