  • Sugar - 1 cup
  • Water - 1/3 cup
  • Milk powder - 1 cup
  • Cocoa - 4 tbsp
  • White Butter -1 tbsp.

How to Make Milk Chocolate

  • Sieve the milk powder and cocoa powder together.
  • Heat water and sugar in a heavy bottom pan, stirring constantly till it reaches one string consistency.
  • Remove from fire and blend the cocoa mix into the sugar syrup and stir well.
  • Pour into a greased plate and cut into desired shapes when it's still warm.
