  • Milk Powder - 3 cups
  • All purpose flour - 1/2 cup
  • Baking soda - 1/2 tsp
  • Sugar - 3 cups
  • Water - 2 cups
  • Cardamom powder - pinch
  • Saffron - pinch
  • Crisco shortening (optional)
  • Ghee - 6-tsp
  • Milk - 1 cup
  • Milk powder

How to Make Milk Powder Jamun

  • Mix milk Powder, all purpose flour, baking soda and ghee in the bowl.
  • Make the dough by adding with milk.
  • Make the dough into small balls.
  • Heat Crisco shortening and fry the balls
  • Take vessel. Add sugar, water and boil until it becomes a light syrup
  • Add saffron and cardamom.
  • Let it cool for an hour and serve with syrup.
