  • 4 cups - raw Rice -
  • 3 cup - Urad Dal
  • 1 litre - Milk
  • Sugar - according to your taste
  • oil for deep fry (with 100 g ghee-optional)
  • a pinch of Cardamom
  • salt
  • How to Make Milk Vada:

    1. Soak the rice and dal and make a thick paste like vada batter, along with salt.
    2. Take a tsp of the batter and deep fry them in medium flame until golden brown, take out the vada and squeeze the excess oil out.
    3. Allow milk to simmer then add cardamom and sugar in it.
    4. Add the vadas in the milk and allow them to cool, so that they'll soak properly.
