Ingredients

  • 4 cups - Chicken stock
  • 1/2 kg - carrots, sliced
  • 2 tbsp - oil
  • 1/2 tsp - Garam Masala
  • 1 tsp - cumin powder
  • 1/2 tsp - curry powder
  • 1 - onion, chopped finely
  • 1/2 tsp - garlic, crushed
  • 1 cup - Milk
  • 1 cup - paneer, grated
  • 1/2 tsp - chilli sauce
  • 2 stalks - celery, sliced
  • Salt to taste

How to Make Milky Carrot Chicken Soup

  • Heat oil in a saucepan. Saute onion till transparent.
  • Add curry powder and garam masala.
  • Simmer for a minute.
  • Add all ingredients except milk and paneer.
  • Simmer for 30 minutes. Let it cool.
  • Blend the soup with milk and paneer.
  • Serve hot with croutons.
