  • 1/2 cup - Millet
  • 1 cup - Milk
  • 1/2 cup - Sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 cup -
  • 1 tsp - Ghee
  • 10- Cashew nuts
  • 1 tsp - Cardamom powder
  • 8-10- Pistachios (chopped).

How to Make Millet Kheer

  • Pressure cook the millet with milk up to 2 whistles.
  • Once the steam gets released, pour the sweetened condensed milk, and water and let it boil.
  • Meanwhile heat the ghee and fry the cashew nuts until golden brown.
  • Add it to the kheer.
  • Remove from the stove and add the cardamom powder.
  • Serve warm topped with chopped pistachio nuts.
