Ingredients

  • 250 g - macaroni
  • 250 g - mince, either Beef or Mutton
  • 2 - small Onions chopped
  • 2 - tomatoes, chopped
  • Ginger-garlic paste - 1 tsp
  • 2 tsp - chilli powder
  • 1 tsp - chopped Coriander leaves
  • Salt to taste
  • 2 tbsp - oil
  • 2 tbsp - grated cheese.

How to Make Mince And Macaroni

  • Cook the macaroni in boiling salt water till soft.
  • Drain, the hot water, pass through running water and drain and keep aside.
  • Heat oil in a pan and saute the onions till brown.
  • Add the mince, ginger garlic paste, tomatoes, chilli powder, salt and coriander leaves and mix well.
  • Cook on low heat till the mince is cooked and all the water dries up.
  • Now add the cooked macaroni and mix well.
  • Spread the grated cheese on top.
  • Serve.
