Ingredients

  • 1 kg - Mutton mince
  • 1 tsp - Garlic paste
  • 1 tsp - Ginger paste
  • 1 tsp - salt
  • 1 tsp - Meat tenderizer (optional)
  • 2 - boiled mashed Potatoes
  • 1/2 cup - Cream (malai)
  • 1 tsp - pepper powder
  • 1/2 cup - freshly chopped coriander
  • 1 tbsp - Lime juice
  • 4 - chopped Green chillies
  • How to Make Mince Malai Cutlets:

    1. Marinate minced mutton for 2 hours with garlic paste, ginger paste and salt.
    2. Cook the marinated mince till it dries. Add the rest of the ingredients and adjust seasoning.
    3. You could optionally add 3 tbsps of grated cheese.
    4. Make into round balls and then flatten them into a cutlet shape.
    5. Dip in lightly beaten eggs.
    6. Deep fry and serve hot with green chutney.
