Ingredients

  • 1 kg - Mutton mince
  • 1 tsp - Garlic paste
  • 1 tsp - Ginger paste
  • 1 tsp - salt
  • 1 tsp - Meat tenderizer (optional)
  • 2 - boiled mashed Potatoes
  • 1/2 cup - Cream (malai)
  • 1 tsp - pepper powder
  • 1/2 cup - freshly chopped coriander
  • 1 tbsp - Lime juice
  • 4 - chopped Green chillies

How to Make Mince Malai Cutlets

  • Marinate minced mutton for 2 hours with garlic paste, ginger paste and salt.
  • Cook the marinated mince till it dries. Add the rest of the ingredients and adjust seasoning.
  • You could optionally add 3 tbsps of grated cheese.
  • Make into round balls and then flatten them into a cutlet shape.
  • Dip in lightly beaten eggs.
  • Deep fry and serve hot with green chutney.
