  • How to Make Minced meat and methi koftas:

    2. Ensure that all the water is drained out completely, if not the koftas might split.
    3. Once the water from the meat is drained out completely squeeze the meat and form small balls of them and keep it in the fridge for about 15-20 mins.
    4. In a pan heat the oil, add onions fry a bit.
    5. Then add methi leaves and fry until the oil separates and the onions turn golden brown.
    6. To this add ginger-garlic paste, red chilli powder, coriander powder, green chillies and saute for about 5 mins.
    7. Then add some water if a gravy is required.
    8. Once a thick gravy is formed, add the koftas and cover the pan with a lid.
    9. Do not use a spoon or spatula as the koftas might break, keep tossing the pan.
