Ingredients

  • minced Meat - ½ kg
  • oil - 6 tbsp
  • Onion - 1.5 cup, minced
  • chili powder - 2 tsp
  • coriander powder - 2 tsp
  • cumin powder - 1 tsp
  • green chilies - 3, minced
  • Mustard Seeds - 1 tsp
  • Curry leaves few, chopped
  • salt to taste

How to Make Minced Meat Filling

  • Heat 5 tbsp of oil and fry onion till brown.
  • Add all the powders and green chilies.
  • Fry for one minute.
  • Add minced meat and salt.
  • Cover and simmer till the meat is cooked and almost dry.
  • Add grated coconut and mix well.
  • Heat remaining oil in a small fry pan.
  • Add mustard seeds.
  • When they splutter add chopped curry leaves.
