How to Make Minced Meat Green Peas Curry

  • Heat oil in a pressure pan and saute minced meat, chopped onions and finely chopped ginger with turmeric powder until raw smell goes away.
  • Now add coriander powder, chilli powder, green peas and salt to taste. Add a cup of water and pressure cook for 15 mins until the mutton is done.
  • Reheat the dish to let all the water evaporate.
  • Garnish with coriander leaves.
  • Serve with idli, dosa or chapatti.
