  • 1/4 cup - Sugar+1tbsp Sugar (for yeast)
  • 1/4 cup - Softened Butter
  • 2- Egg yolks
  • 1/2 tsp - Salt
  • 1/2 cup - Warm Milk
  • Egg yolk (for brushing).
  • How to Make Mini Crescent Dinner Rolls:

    1. Dissolve the yeast with warm milk and sugar in a bowl and let it stand for 5 minutes until the yeast turns foamy.
    2. Now take the butter, sugar, egg yolks in a bowl and beat well.
    3. Add the flour and foamy yeast and knead into a stiff dough.
    4. Now dust the dough and knead for 8-10 minutes until the dough turns soft and elastic.
    5. Place it in a greased bowl and cover it.
    6. Let it rise in a warm place until the dough doubles in about 2 hours.
    7. Punch down and divide the dough into two equal balls.
    8. Roll each dough ball into a circle. Cut each circle into 10 mini sized wedges.
    9. Now roll up the wedges from the wide end towards the centre and arrange them over the baking sheets lined over a baking tray.
    10. Cover it again and let it rise in a warm place for half an hour.
    11. Preheat the oven to 350F, beat the egg yolk for brushing with 2 tablespoons of water and brush the rolled crescent rolls.
    12. Bake for 15-20 minutes or until the crust turns golden brown.
