Ingredients

  • 1 cup - millet flour
  • 3 tbsp - Butter
  • 1/2 tsp - Red Chilli powder
  • 1 - Onion
  • 1 tsp - Cumin seeds
  • Oil - to deep fry
  • Salt and water as required.
  • How to Make Mini millet patties:

    1. Finely chop the onion and keep aside.
    2. Place the butter in a microwave safe bowl and microwave until it melts.
    3. In a bowl mix together millet flour, melted butter, onion pieces, red chilli powder, cumin seeds and salt with a small amount of water and knead into a soft dough.
    4. Make small balls and flatten each ball into the shape of a patty and keep aside.
    5. Meanwhile heat the oil in a deep-bottomed pan and drop the patties and fry till it turn golden brown.
