  • 2 cups - bread flour/maida
  • 1 cup - Wheat flour
  • 1/2 cup - Butter (room temperature)
  • 1 cup - Milk (lukewarm)
  • 1 - Egg
  • 2 tbsp - Sugar
  • 1 tsp - salt
  • 1 tbsp - active Dry yeast
  • 4 tbsp - nutella spread
  • How to Make Mini Nutella Pullapart Bread:

    1. Add the active dry yeast, sugar and salt to the lukewarm milk and mix well. Set aside in a warm place for 5 minutes until the yeast turns foamy.
    2. Add the butter, egg and foamy yeast to the maida and wheat flour and knead for a few minutes. Prepare a soft and stiff dough.
    3. Grease a bowl with some butter and place the dough in it. Let the dough sit for an hour in a warm place until it doubles in volume.
    4. After an hour, punch down the dough and roll it as a large rectangular disc.
    5. Spread the nutella over the rolled disc and slice it into medium-sized squares.
    6. Place the squares one over another.
    7. Move the stack to a greased mini loaf pan and let the dough squares sit again an hour in a warm place, covered with a towel.
    8. Preheat an oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit and arrange the baking pan in the middle rack.
    9. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until the crust turns brown.
    10. Let the bread cool down completely.
    11. Serve with a cup of tea or for breakfast.
