  • 500 gms melted dark chocolate
  • 50 gms Sugar crunch
  • Food grade Mint essence
  • How to Make Mint & Crunchy Flakes:

    1. In a vessel add melted and tempered dark chocolate
    2. Add 50 gms sugar crunch
    3. Add mint essence to taste
    4. Mix it well
    5. Put the chocolate into a tray
    6. Cool in refrigerator for 25 minutes
    7. Cut it into long thin pieces and serve with ice cream or a delicious cold and hot coffee
    8. For the Sugar Crunch
    9. In a vessel put in 100 gms sugar
    10. Add a teaspoon of water and heat on a stove till sugar melts and turn brown
    11. Quickly remove on a well-oiled marble table and spread thinly
    12. When cool, crush lightly with a rolling pin
    13. Collect the sugar crunch and store tightly in a jar till required
