How to Make Mint and Avocado Multigrain Paratha

  • Pour the flours, oats, chopped mint leaves, avocado puree and caraway seeds in a bowl.
  • Add salt, yogurt and enough warm water. Mix and prepare a soft and stiff dough. Keep aside for half an hour.
  • After half an hour, knead again and make 10-12 balls from the dough.
  • Dust with flour and roll out parathas.
  • Heat a tawa. Gently drop a paratha, drizzle oil and cook on both sides until brown spots appear.
  • Serve warm with a suitable side dish.
