Ingredients

  • Mint leaves - 1/2 cup
  • Coriander leaves - 1 cup
  • Green chillies - 4 to 6
  • Onion - 1 small
  • Garlic - 6 flakes
  • Ginger - a slice
  • Cumin - 1 tsp
  • Roasted gram - 2 to 3 tbsp
  • Salt and Lime juice - to taste
  • How to Make Mint and Coriander Chutney:

    1. Grind all the ingredients to a paste.
    2. Serve with rotis or dosas.
