How to Make Mint and Coriander Rice

  • Grind the ingredients to a fine paste. Keep aside.
  • Take basmati rice, wash and keep aside.
  • Cut 3 big size onions length wise and now heat 2 tbsp ghee in a kadai
  • Add jeera to it.
  • Once jeera becomes brown, add chutney and roast for 3-4 mins.
  • Add rice and also roast for 2 mins. Now add 4 cups of water and put in rice cooker.
  • Stir occasionally .You can add corn and paneer to it.
  • Add salt as required.
  • Serve with boondi raita, vegetable raita, and papad.
