  • A bunch of Mint
  • 1 small Onion chopped
  • 2 tsps- Urad Dal
  • 1"- Tamarind
  • 6-7 Green chillies
  • 2 tsps- Cumin seeds
  • How to Make Mint and Onion Chutney:

    1. Pluck the mint leaves, wash and keep aside.
    2. Put some oil in a pan, fry the urad dal , green chillies and onions till onions really get cooked.
    3. Add mint leaves and fry a little longer.
    4. Then put into a blender along with tamarind, cumin seeds and salt. Tastes good with rice. Add curry leaves with mint to enrich the smell and taste.
