Ingredients

  • 2 cups - Mint leaves, chopped
  • 1 medium - Raw mango, peeled, destoned and chopped
  • 1 medium - Onion, chopped
  • 2 - Green chillies
  • 1 tbsp - Sugar
  • 1/2 tsp - black salt
  • Salt to taste

How to Make Mint Chutney

  • Place all the above ingredients in a blender and grind to a fine paste.
  • You may add 4 tbsp. of yoghurt to the paste after grinding (optional).
