  • 1/2 cup - mint leaves
  • 3 tbsp - chopped coriander leaves
  • 1 tsp - sugar
  • A pinch of salt
  • 1 green chilli
  • 1 tsp - lime juice
  • 8 slices bread
  • 4 tsp - butter

How to Make Mint Chutney Sandwiches

  • Grind the mint leaves, coriander leaves, sugar and salt to a paste. Add the lime juice and mix well.
  • Add 4 tsp of this chutney to the butter and mix well.
  • Spread this mixture on all the slices of bread.
  • Cut away the crusts, and then slice into finger sandwiches.
