Ingredients

  • 1 bowl full -mint leaves
  • 1- medium sized onion.
  • 5 Cloves -garlic
  • 5- Green chillies
  • 1 -small piece -ginger
  • 1/2 tsp - Jeera
  • 1-cardomom (whole)
  • 2- Cloves
  • 2 tsp - Ghee
  • 1 tsp- coriander powder
  • 2 cups - basmati Rice
  • salt
  • How to Make Mint Pulav:

    1. Fry cardamom, cloves, jeera, onion and green chillies in ghee till onion turns golden brown.
    2. Grind garlic, mint, ginger, coriander powder smoothly.
    3. Add this mix to the tawa and let it cook till the ghee separates.
    4. Add the mix and salt to the rice and cook in a electric cooker.
    5. Serve hot with any raita.
