Ingredients

  • 1 cup - cleaned washed and drained coriander
  • 1/2 cup - cleaned washed and drained Mint leaves (pudina)
  • 3 - Green chillies
  • 1/4 inch - Ginger
  • 1/2 - Lemon
  • 20 - Peanuts
  • Salt as per taste
  • 1 cup - tied Curd
  • How to Make Minty Dip:

    1. Chop the coriander and mint leaves coarsely.
    2. Put all ingredients except curd in a small blender.
    3. Blend till smooth. Add very little water if required.
    4. Remove with a rubber spatula into a bowl.
    5. Fold in tied curd.
    6. Mix it well.
    7. Chill and use on sandwiches.
