  • 800g - fish (ghol, shark, bombil, or any fleshy fish)
  • 2 - Onions
  • 4 - Green chillies
  • 1 pinch - pepper powder
  • 1/2 tsp - Turmeric powder
  • 1 pinch - Garam Masala powder
  • A few - Mint leaves
  • 4 tbsp - Ghee or oil
  • 2 - eggs
  • 1 cup - bread crumbs
  • How to Make Minty Fish Cutlets:

    1. Cook fish in water with a pinch of salt and turmeric powder.
    2. After it's done, place it on a plate, remove the flesh, and discard the bones.
    3. Grind the onions and green chillies, and add them to the fish. | Add pepper and garam masala powder.
    4. Mash it to make a paste. Add chopped mint leaves and mix well.
    5. Beat two eggs into a fine lather.
    6. Heat ghee or oil in a flat frying pan.
    7. Make cutlets of the fish paste, dip them in the beaten eggs, and roll them on the bread crumbs and fry.
