How to Make

  • Make a soft dough with the wheat flour, oats flour, cumin seed powder, quick cooking oats, chopped mint leaves, salt, yogurt and water. Keep aside for half an hour.
  • Make 10-12 medium-sized balls from the dough. Dust the dough balls with all-purpose flour and roll out flat round discs.
  • Heat a few drops of oil and cook the paratha on both sides until it turns golden brown.
  • Serve hot with any side dish.
