Ingredients

  • 250 g - basmati Rice
  • 500 g - Mint leaves
  • 500 g - Coriander leaves
  • 2 to 3 - Green chillies
  • 1 tsp - roasted Jeera
  • 1/4 tsp - Aamchur powder
  • Salt to taste
  • A pinch - Hing
  • Butter for cooking
  • How to Make Minty pulao:

    1. Boil the rice and keep aside.
    2. Make a paste of mint, coriander, green chillies, and cumin seeds.
    3. Heat 2 tbsp butter in a pan, add a pinch of hing, add the green paste.
    4. When the paste starts bubbling, add the rice, salt, aamchur powder and mix well.
    5. Serve hot with tomato raita.
