How to Make Minty pulao

  • Boil the rice and keep aside.
  • Make a paste of mint, coriander, green chillies, and cumin seeds.
  • Heat 2 tbsp butter in a pan, add a pinch of hing, add the green paste.
  • When the paste starts bubbling, add the rice, salt, aamchur powder and mix well.
  • Serve hot with tomato raita.
