Ingredients

  • 15-20 - Green chillies (medium spicy)
  • 15-20 - Cloves garlic
  • 1/2 cup - Coarsely crushed peanuts
  • 1/2 cup - Green coriander
  • 1/2 cup - Mustard seeds
  • 1/2 tsp - Cumin seeds
  • 1/4 tsp - Turmeric powder
  • 1 tbsp - Oil
  • Salt to taste

How to Make Mirchi and Sing Dana Chutney

  • Coarsely crush chillies, garlic and green coriander.
  • Add coarsely ground peanuts to the mixture.
  • Heat oil in a pan, add mustard seeds and cumin seed respectively.
  • Let it crackle.
  • Add turmeric powder.
  • Put the mixture in a pan and fry for one minute.
  • Season with salt.
