  • 15-20 - Green chillies (medium spicy)
  • 15-20 - Cloves Garlic
  • 1/2 cup - Coarsely crushed Peanuts
  • 1/2 cup - Green coriander
  • 1/2 cup - Mustard Seeds
  • 1/2 tsp - Cumin seeds
  • 1/4 tsp - Turmeric powder
  • 1 tbsp - Oil
  • Salt to taste
  • How to Make Mirchi and Sing Dana Chutney:

    1. Coarsely crush chillies, garlic and green coriander.
    2. Add coarsely ground peanuts to the mixture.
    3. Heat oil in a pan, add mustard seeds and cumin seed respectively.
    4. Let it crackle.
    5. Add turmeric powder.
    6. Put the mixture in a pan and fry for one minute.
    7. Season with salt.
