Ingredients

  • 12 to 15 - thick, long Green chillies
  • 100 g - flour
  • 1 tbsp - Corn flour
  • 1 pinch - ajinomotto
  • 1 pinch - soda bicarbonate
  • Salt
  • For the filling:
  • 1/2 tsp - Pomegranate seeds, ground
  • 1 tsp - chaat masala
  • 1 tsp - amchur
  • 1 tsp - Dhania Jeera powder
  • Salt
  • How to Make Mirchi Bhajiya:

    1. Add enough water to form a thick batter.
    2. Mix all the ingredients together. Fill carefully into the slit chillies.
    3. Dip in the batter and deep fry to a golden colour.
