Ingredients

  • Tofu - 30 (1/2 inch cubes)
  • 4 - mushrooms - sliced
  • 2 stalks - green onions
  • 4 cups - chicken stock
  • 2 tsp - dashi
  • 4 tbsp - miso paste

How to Make Miso Soup

  • Boil 4 cups of chicken stock, dashi, tofu and mushrooms, simmer for about 3 minutes.
  • Add miso paste and dissolve completely.
  • Immediately turn off the heat and add chopped green onions. Serve.
