Ingredients

  • Tofu - 30 (1/2 inch cubes)
  • 4 - Mushrooms - sliced
  • 2 stalks - green Onions
  • 4 cups - Chicken stock
  • 2 tsp - dashi
  • 4 tbsp - miso paste
  • How to Make Miso Soup:

    1. Boil 4 cups of chicken stock, dashi, tofu and mushrooms, simmer for about 3 minutes.
    2. Add miso paste and dissolve completely.
    3. Immediately turn off the heat and add chopped green onions. Serve.
