Ingredients

  • 500 gms - Ripe Olives
  • 250 gms - Sugar
  • 2 tsp - Salt
  • 4-5 tsp - Mustard powder
  • 1/2 tsp - Chilli powder
  • 10 tsp - Mustard oil

How to Make Misti Achar (Sweet Olive Pickle)

  • Boil Olives in a little water.
  • Then allow the water to dry.
  • Now rub in all the spices and place the olives in a glass jar or bowl, in the sun, for 2-3 days.
  • The Misti Achar is ready. It tastes delicious!
