  • 1 tin - sweetened condensed Milk
  • 1 cup - thick Milk
  • 1 cup - thick Curd
  • 1/2 cup - water
  • How to Make Misti Dohi:

    1. In a steel bowl that fits into your pressure cooker, blend all the ingredients with an egg whisk.
    2. Cover tightly with foil.
    3. Place in pressure cooker with 1/2 cup water.
    4. Pressure cook on sim for 7 mins.
    5. Turn off the gas and cool.
    6. Remove the bowl from the cooker.
    7. When cooled, refrigerate for 1 hour.
    8. Serve with fruits or fried cashews and raisins.
