Ingredients

  • 16 ounces - Yogurt (Plain)
  • 14 ounces - Sweetened Condensed Milk
  • 12 ounces - Evaporated Milk

How to Make Misti Doi (Sweetened Yogurt)

  • Mix the condensed milk and yogurt well.
  • Heat the evaporated milk (only a little).
  • Remove from the stove, let it cool properly and then mix it with the condensed milk and yogurt mixture. Mix well.
  • Pre-heat oven for 5 mins.
  • Bake the mixture at 225 degree F for 45 mins up to 1 hour.
  • Keep an eye on it till the top thickens and becomes red in colour.
