Ingredients

  • 16 ounces - Yogurt (Plain)
  • 14 ounces - Sweetened Condensed Milk
  • 12 ounces - Evaporated Milk
  • How to Make Misti Doi (Sweetened Yogurt):

    1. Mix the condensed milk and yogurt well.
    2. Heat the evaporated milk (only a little).
    3. Remove from the stove, let it cool properly and then mix it with the condensed milk and yogurt mixture. Mix well.
    4. Pre-heat oven for 5 mins.
    5. Bake the mixture at 225 degree F for 45 mins up to 1 hour.
    6. Keep an eye on it till the top thickens and becomes red in colour.
