Ingredients

  • Toor dhal - 1 cup
  • Bengal Gram dhal - 1/4 cup
  • Moong dhal - 1/2 cup
  • Pepper - 1 tsp
  • Jeera - 1 tsp
  • Curry leaves - 1 cup
  • Asafoetida - 1 pinch
  • Salt to taste.
  • How to Make Mix Dal:

    1. Roast all the three dals separately.
    2. Roast rest of the ingredients also.
    3. Powder all the items in mixie.
    4. Serve with rice.
