Ingredients

  • 2 liters - milk
  • 100 g - khoya
  • 1/2 kg - sugar
  • 1/4 cup - mix dry fruits finely chopped
  • a pinch - cardamom powder
  • 1/4 cup - fresh mango pulp
  • 1/4 cup - fresh sweet strawberries pulp or strawberry syrup
  • 1/4 cup - fresh sweet pineapple pulp or pineapple syrup
  • 2 tsp - chocolate sauce
  • 1/4 cup - litchi syrup or its pulp

How to Make Mix fruit kulfi in swirls

  • Boil milk.
  • Add grated khoya and sugar in the mixture.
  • Then add cardamom powder and mix well.
  • Let it boil for some time and reduce to half of the milk.
  • Add finely chopped dry fruits in the mixture.
  • Make 6 equal parts of the mixture.
  • Keep one part mixture plain as it is.
  • Mix other 5 parts with fruits or its syrups.
  • So, you will get six parts of kulfi mixture, with one plain, second mango flavour, third pineapple flavour, fourth strawberry flavour, fifth chocolate and sixth litchi flavour.
  • Now to set the kulfi, take a big kulfi mould or evenly parallel walled tumbler.
  • Fill it with the first part mixture, place the glass in a jug in slanting position.
  • Place this in the freezer to set.
  • Because we have kept the mould in slanting position, it will set in oval shape.
  • Now without changing position of mould keep pouring each remaining mixture one by one.
  • So each mixture part will set over other and give beautiful colourful oval shaped kulfi.
  • Serve it in a glass plate and place swirls of any flavoured sauce.
  • Garnish with cherry.
