  • For the Wrap:
  • 4 - Garlic & herb flavored soft wraps (readymade)
  • 8 - Boiled baby Potatoes
  • 1/2 cup - Lotus root
  • 1/2 cup - Paneer cubes
  • 1/2 cup - Diced, bell pepper
  • 1/2 cup - Brussels sprouts
  • 1/2 cup - Bok Choy (or any leafy vegetable)
  • 1 tsp - Cumin powder
  • A pinch of Garlic powder
  • 1 tsp - Mixed herbs
  • Salt to taste
  • Oil
  • For the Dressing:
  • 1 cup - Hung Curd
  • 1 tsp - Capsico sauce + 2 tsp mustard sauce
  • A pinch of salt.

How to Make Mix 'N' Match Wrap

  • Heat oil in pan and saute the baby potatoes until crisp and golden brown.
  • Then add the remaining ingredients and seasonings.
  • Mix well and stir-fry on high flame for 1 min or so.
  • In the meanwhile prepare the dressing by combining all the ingredients for the dressing. Keep aside.
  • Spread a wrap on a flat surface and add sufficient stir-fried mix to it.
  • Pour the dressing over the stir-fries in the wrap.
  • Fold the wrap sideways first and then roll it from top to bottom.
  • Roast this on a flat pan with a drizzle of oil and then cut it in the middle.
  • Serve with coriander chutney.
