Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup - shredded cabbage
  • 1/2 cup - grated carrot
  • 1/2 cup - moong sprouts
  • 1/2 cup - boiled sweet corn
  • 1/2 cup - finely cut cucumber
  • 1 tsp - finely chopped coriander
  • Salt to taste
  • 1 tsp - lime juice
  • For dressing: 1 tsp - olive oil
  • 4-5 - red chillies
  • 1-2 pieces - garlic
  • 1 small piece - ginger

How to Make Mix Vegetable and Corn Salad

  • Mix olive oil, red chillies, garlic and ginger and grind it into a fine paste.
  • Mix the remaining ingredients in a large bowl. Add salt and lime juice and set aside for 2 mins.
  • Mix 1 tsp of the paste to the salad and serve after 5-8 mins.
