  • 4 tbsps - custard powder
  • 2 tbsps - Corn flour
  • 1 tsp - baking powder
  • 3 cups - Milk
  • 2 tbsps - melted Butter
  • Dry Fruits:
  • Almonds
  • Walnuts
  • Cashew nuts
  • Dried grapes/raisins
  • How to Make Mixed-Bag Pudding:

    1. Heat the butter in a pan. Add milk to it.
    2. Add custard powder, corn flour and baking powder and stir the mixture till it is semi-solid.
    3. Add dry fruits to it in the required quantity (almost 8 pieces of each).
    4. The top of the pudding can also be decorated with dry fruits.
    5. It can be served hot or cold.
