Ingredients

  • 4 tbsps - custard powder
  • 2 tbsps - corn flour
  • 1 tsp - baking powder
  • 3 cups - milk
  • 2 tbsps - melted butter
  • Dry Fruits:
  • Almonds
  • Walnuts
  • Cashew nuts
  • Dried grapes/raisins

How to Make Mixed-Bag Pudding

  • Heat the butter in a pan. Add milk to it.
  • Add custard powder, corn flour and baking powder and stir the mixture till it is semi-solid.
  • Add dry fruits to it in the required quantity (almost 8 pieces of each).
  • The top of the pudding can also be decorated with dry fruits.
  • It can be served hot or cold.
