How to Make

  • Drain excess water from the can of mixed beans.
  • Heat canola oil in a deep pan and add chopped onions, garlic, green chillies and saute for a minute.
  • Once onions are translucent, add crushed tomatoes along with mixed beans.
  • Add salt and turmeric powder, mix everything well and cook covered for around 2-3 minutes.
  • Mix the other spices and lemon juice into it.
  • Cook for one more minute and serve hot with turmeric rice.
