How to Make Mixed Beans Kebab Wrap

  • Soak the mixed beans overnight and pressure-cook (up to 3 whistles) with enough salt and water. Drain the cooked water and keep the cooked beans aside.
  • Pour the cooked beans in a large bowl, add the chopped onions, green chillies, garam masala powder, amchur powder, ginger-garlic paste, coriander leaves, corn flour, rice flour and salt. Mash everything well.
  • Make medium-sized oblong kebabs and shallow-fry them in enough oil.
  • In the meantime, mix the yogurt, pepper powder and salt and keep aside.
  • Heat the tortillas in a hot pan until they turn warm. Take off from the pan and spread yogurt sauce as per need.
  • Place the fried mixed beans kebabs over the spread, arrange a few tomato slices and fold them as wrap. Serve immediately
