4 - Potatoes (small) cut into small cubes
1 medium - Onion, chopped
1 - Green Capsicum (medium), cut into small pieces
8 to 10 pieces - Nuts
1 - Carrot (medium), cut into small pieces
4 tbsp - Peas
1 - Tomato (small), chopped
4 to 5 - Green chillies
Salt as per taste
Sugar as per taste
1 tbsp - Oil
6 slices - Bread (cut into small pieces about 2 inch squares)
How to Make Mixed Cubes
Heat oil in a frying pan. Add chopped onions and saute till it turns brown.
Add potato, carrot and capsicum and fry for a few minutes.
Add salt and sugar as per taste.
Add 1 cup of water and cover the pan.
When the vegetables are almost done, add tomato, peas and nuts.
Simmer for a few more minutes till the water is dried up, occasionally stirring it.
Add the bread pieces and stir it for some more time.
