Ingredients

  • 4 - Potatoes (small) cut into small cubes
  • 1 medium - Onion, chopped
  • 1 - Green Capsicum (medium), cut into small pieces
  • 8 to 10 pieces - Nuts
  • 1 - Carrot (medium), cut into small pieces
  • 4 tbsp - Peas
  • 1 - Tomato (small), chopped
  • 4 to 5 - Green chillies
  • Salt as per taste
  • Sugar as per taste
  • 1 tbsp - Oil
  • 6 slices - Bread (cut into small pieces about 2 inch squares)
  • How to Make Mixed Cubes:

    1. Heat oil in a frying pan. Add chopped onions and saute till it turns brown.
    2. Add potato, carrot and capsicum and fry for a few minutes.
    3. Add salt and sugar as per taste.
    4. Add 1 cup of water and cover the pan.
    5. When the vegetables are almost done, add tomato, peas and nuts.
    6. Simmer for a few more minutes till the water is dried up, occasionally stirring it.
    7. Add the bread pieces and stir it for some more time.
    8. Serve hot.
