  • Avarakai or Broad Beans (handful)
  • Brinjal 1
  • Aloo(Potato) 1 or 2
  • Methi Leaves (1 Bunch)
  • Green Chillies (according to taste)
  • Coriander Leaves
  • Mustard seeds
  • Urad dal

How to Make Mixed Curry

  • Cut the stem and take only methi leaves. Cut the vegetables in cubes and keep it aside.
  • Grind green chillies and coriander leaves together.
  • Heat the pan and add mustard and urad dal. Then add the ground paste. Fry for a minute or so.
  • Then add all the vegetables and cook till they are done. It can be served with rice or roti.
