  • 1 - orange, segmented
  • 1 - sweet Lime
  • 1- kiwi fruit, peeled
  • 3-4 - strawberries, destalked
  • 1- apple, cored
  • Salt to taste
  • Pepper to taste
  • How to Make Mixed Fruit Energizer:

    1. Cut orange segments into half. Discard seeds with the help of a fork.
    2. Chop kiwi fruit into thick round slices.
    3. Halve strawberries vertically.
    4. Chop apple into 8-10 chunks.
    5. Quarter sweet lime, with skin.
    6. Hold tips of skin of a segment, bend backwards.
    7. The skin will come off easily.
    8. Discard seeds, halve each segment across.
    9. Mix all fruits, sprinkle salt and pepper.
    10. Toss very lightly.
    11. Serve immediately.
