  • 1 - orange, segmented
  • 1 - sweet Lime
  • 1- kiwi fruit, peeled
  • 3-4 - strawberries, destalked
  • 1- apple, cored
  • Salt to taste
  • Pepper to taste

How to Make Mixed Fruit Energizer

  • Cut orange segments into half. Discard seeds with the help of a fork.
  • Chop kiwi fruit into thick round slices.
  • Halve strawberries vertically.
  • Chop apple into 8-10 chunks.
  • Quarter sweet lime, with skin.
  • Hold tips of skin of a segment, bend backwards.
  • The skin will come off easily.
  • Discard seeds, halve each segment across.
  • Mix all fruits, sprinkle salt and pepper.
  • Toss very lightly.
  • Serve immediately.
