Ingredients

  • 2 - Oranges
  • 1 - Apple
  • 1 - Banana
  • few green Grapes
  • 1 piece - Papaya
  • 1/2 cup - Sugar
  • For Custard:
  • 1/2 litre - Milk
  • 3 tsp - custard (depends on your taste of flavour)
  • 2 tsp - Sugar
  • How to Make Mixed Fruit Stew with Custard:

    1. Peel and cut the fruit in small pieces and put in a heavy bottomed vessel.
    2. Keep it on gas and go on stirring, so that all the fruits get smashed.
    3. Add sugar and go on stirring so that all the sugar gets diluted, and the consistency comes out a little thick.
    4. Now boil the milk add sugar and bring to boil.
    5. when the quantity of milk reduces, simmer.
    6. In one cup add half cup of cold milk and custard powder and mix it.
    7. Add to the boiling milk and go on mixing it so that there should not be any lumps in the custard.
    8. When the custard becomes a little thick remove it from the gas and let it cool.
    9. After a while, keep the mix fruit mixture and custard in the fridge to become cool.
    10. Serve it in a small bowl with few spoonful of fruit mixture and few spoonful of custard.
