How to Make Mixed Fruit Stew with Custard

  • Peel and cut the fruit in small pieces and put in a heavy bottomed vessel.
  • Keep it on gas and go on stirring, so that all the fruits get smashed.
  • Add sugar and go on stirring so that all the sugar gets diluted, and the consistency comes out a little thick.
  • Now boil the milk add sugar and bring to boil.
  • when the quantity of milk reduces, simmer.
  • In one cup add half cup of cold milk and custard powder and mix it.
  • Add to the boiling milk and go on mixing it so that there should not be any lumps in the custard.
  • When the custard becomes a little thick remove it from the gas and let it cool.
  • After a while, keep the mix fruit mixture and custard in the fridge to become cool.
  • Serve it in a small bowl with few spoonful of fruit mixture and few spoonful of custard.
