Ingredients

  • For the salad
  • 50 gm - feta cheese-cubed
  • 1 bowl - mixed greens (rocula, iceberg , lolorosso or any other kind of lettuce)
  • 1 tsp - finely chopped Tomato
  • 1 tsp - finely chopped Onions
  • 1 tsp - fresh oregano, chopped
  • 1 tsp - fresh Mint chopped
  • 1/2 cup - Orange sections, peeled or sweet Lime
  • 1tsp - roasted Pine Nuts
  • Dressing
  • 1 tsp - extra virgin Olive oil
  • 1 tsp - Lemon juice
  • 1 pinch of mustard powder
  • Salt and pepper for seasoning
  • How to Make Mixed greens with feta:

    1. In a small cup beat all the ingredients for the dressing, till you get a thick consistency.
    2. In a salad bowl, toss all the greens with onions and tomatoes.
    3. Sprinkle oregano, mint and pine nuts.
    4. Top it with feta and orange segments.
    5. Pour the dressing on the salad and serve.
