Ingredients

  • For the salad
  • 50 gm - feta cheese-cubed
  • 1 bowl - mixed greens (rocula, iceberg , lolorosso or any other kind of lettuce)
  • 1 tsp - finely chopped Tomato
  • 1 tsp - finely chopped Onions
  • 1 tsp - fresh oregano, chopped
  • 1 tsp - fresh Mint chopped
  • 1/2 cup - Orange sections, peeled or sweet Lime
  • 1tsp - roasted Pine Nuts
  • Dressing
  • 1 tsp - extra virgin Olive oil
  • 1 tsp - Lemon juice
  • 1 pinch of mustard powder
  • Salt and pepper for seasoning

How to Make Mixed greens with feta

  • In a small cup beat all the ingredients for the dressing, till you get a thick consistency.
  • In a salad bowl, toss all the greens with onions and tomatoes.
  • Sprinkle oregano, mint and pine nuts.
  • Top it with feta and orange segments.
  • Pour the dressing on the salad and serve.
