Ingredients

  • 150 g - mixed vegetables (carrot, peas, beans, corn )
  • 2 tsp - red chilli powder
  • 200 gm - basmati rice
  • 2 tsp - garam masala powder
  • Tomato puree - 2 tsp
  • Salt to taste

How to Make Mixed Rice

  • Boil the basmati rice in pressure cooker.
  • Pour 2 to 3 tsp of oil and a little butter in a pan or a kadai.
  • Put all the above mentioned vegetables, chilli powder, tomato puree, salt and garam masala powder and fry for a few minutes.
  • Then add the cooked rice to this mix and serve hot.
