Ingredients

  • 2 oz - vermicelli
  • 4 - tender Cucumbers
  • 125 g - chicken, boiled and shredded
  • 2 - eggs
  • salt to taste
  • For the sauce:
  • 2 tbsp - soya sauce
  • 1 tsp - yellow mustard powder
  • 3 tbsp - Vinegar
  • 1 tsp - powdered Sugar
  • 1 tbsp - sesame oil
  • How to Make Mixed Salad:

    1. Blend all the sauce ingredients together.
    2. Boil vermicelli according to the directions on the box.
    3. Peel and cut the cucumber into thin slices.
    4. Beat eggs thoroughly, make into thin omelettes and shred them.
    5. Mix together eggs, chicken, and vermicelli, pour sauce over top and mix thoroughly and serve immediately.
