Ingredients

  • 2 oz - vermicelli
  • 4 - tender Cucumbers
  • 125 g - chicken, boiled and shredded
  • 2 - eggs
  • salt to taste
  • For the sauce:
  • 2 tbsp - soya sauce
  • 1 tsp - yellow mustard powder
  • 3 tbsp - Vinegar
  • 1 tsp - powdered Sugar
  • 1 tbsp - sesame oil

How to Make Mixed Salad

  • Blend all the sauce ingredients together.
  • Boil vermicelli according to the directions on the box.
  • Peel and cut the cucumber into thin slices.
  • Beat eggs thoroughly, make into thin omelettes and shred them.
  • Mix together eggs, chicken, and vermicelli, pour sauce over top and mix thoroughly and serve immediately.
