How to Make Mixed Sprouts Pulao

  • Heat oil and splutter garam masala.
  • Saute onions till they turn golden brown. Add ginger garlic paste and green chillies.
  • Mix in the sprouts and fry for less than a minute.
  • Add salt and coriander powder.
  • Fry rice for a while and pour in the milk or coconut milk.
  • Sprinkle salt and cook.
  • Garnish with chopped coriander leaves and ghee fried cashews.
