Ingredients

  • 2 cups - basmati Rice
  • 5 - Egg
  • Small piece - Ginger
  • 2 Cloves - Garlic
  • 1/2 cup - Ghee
  • 2 tsp - coriander powder
  • 1/2 tsp - Garam Masala
  • 1/2 tsp - Turmeric
  • 1/2 tsp - chilli powder
  • 1 chilli - finely chopped
  • 1/2 cup - coriander leaves, chopped
  • 1/2 cup - mixed vegetables (cauliflower, peas)
  • 1 - small onion, finely chopped
  • Salt to taste
  • Cumin, Cloves - 1/2 tsp each
  • Pepper to taste
  • Lime juice - 1/2 tsp

How to Make Mixed Veg Egg Biryani

  • Cook the rice, with a spoon of butter and keep it aside
  • In a pan fry ghee, seasonings, ginger, garlic and add onions. Fry till golden brown
  • Add mixed vegetables, chopped chillies, coriander powder, turmeric, chilli powder and garam masala
  • Beat the eggs and add the to the pan. Cook for about 2-3 mins on medium flame
  • Add cooked rice, salt, pepper and mix the contents in the pan
  • Cook for about 5 mins on a medium-low flame
  • Add chopped coriander leaves after removing the pan from the stove
  • Add 1/2 spoon lime juice
  • Serve
